Component Assembly

Production of complete assembly groups and devices is done in our factories in Hungary. Our customers profit from the experience and competence in our other departments. All assemblies fulfill the demands of TS16949. The use of FMEA and Six Sigma tools for elimination of errors and permanent optimization of all processes are part of our assembly and quality principles.

Our logistics ensures the availability of the components with our modern PPS system and plans assemblies in a way to ensure maximum flexibility with shortest delivery times.

Process and product development

Modern CAD software enables us to construct products for our customers in 3D and plan an optimal assembly.

Series production

We organize ambitious serial productions for our customers. The production is economically and qualitatively planned and realised in the best possible way.

Component assembly

Plastics assembly, together with ambitious processing, gives our customers maximum economic use. Service, maintenance and further development of factory equipment are further advantages for our customers.

Assembly of variations and smaller series

Assembly of variations, which often have to be produced mostly manually, are organised with modern workstations with regard to Poka Yoke views. That way, we achieve highest quality also with manual works.
