• Moulds for the processing of thermoplastics; also according to your drawings, 2-D or 3-D data, up to overmoulding tooling with first sample test report, ready to go into production. Max. size of tools 550 x 700.

• Castzinc moulds, with first sample test report. Spray finishing through barrel finishing of the castings is possible in our company, too.

• Tool maintenance and repairs, our strengths include the development and making of forms for the plastic and zinc manufacturing and especially the precise repairs and overhauling of your valuable forms. A form is valuable. One defect shuts down your complete production and causes high costs if you don’t react immediately. It takes too long to have a new moulding tool built when every minute counts. We are happy to offer you our repair service: The overhauling of a plastic moulding form on our site can be the fastest and cheapest alternative at a production hold-up to get your moulding machine running again.

• Appliances In the fixture construction we plan, develop, and build any equipment you as our customer need in the process of manufacture. Our job is to develop individual solutions for your specific problems. That way, simple as well as complicated appliances with high precision originate. We manufacture single items for your spare parts depot or necessary machine parts after your drawing or sketch by your desired date.

Based on customer drawings we also take on:

• CNC-Electric Discharge operations, here we use highly precise machines and guarantee highest registrations and finest surfaces. Cutting height up to 250 mm, cutting of conics up to 30°

• CNC-millwork, with our work centre DMC 70 we manufacture too small and medium sized series for you, too. High precision and speed are our ultimate ambition at milling.
