PROVERTHA makes your data network safe
PROVERTHA products are developed and produced in a way that makes them particularly suitable for the use in data networks that are exposed to extremely severe environmental conditions such as heat, vibrations, cold, dampness etc. To be able to reliably maintain this quality standard, we are having our products tested regularly by a certified testing center.

Already during the development and manufacturing, we make sure that our products comply with the demands of the future range of application. Therefore, we are having our products tested by a certified testing center.

360° EMI/RFI PROFIBUS M12 T-pieces IP 67
The fully shielded PROFIBUS T-pieces with solid full metal housing and protection degree IP 67 are designed for applications with special EMC requirements and rough environment. Another feature is the compact design.
For direct connection to PROFIBUS devices with M12 interface is the version with rotating M12 nut the right solution and for wall mounting is the version with 2 fixing holes available.

Fail-save Bus Connector Plug&Play CAN-BUS
CAN-BUS devices with D-Sub interfaces require an easy, fail-safe connection, and fault-free data transmission, as a faulty CAN-BUS connector can result in down times of complex industrial and factory automation systems with high related costs to follow. Provertha’s new bus connector Plug&Play CAN-BUS with two M12 connector interfaces uses 100% tested bus connectors, and 100% tested M12 cable assemblies, to secure a fast and fail-safe CAN-BUS connection. The compact version with 90° cable outlet enables the application in space limited environments.
Fail-safe, robust PROFIBUS field connection
PROFIBUS bus connectors for field assembly with internal cable clamp.. Specified for raw environmental conditions the connectors aim at applications requiring free definable cable lengths and very good EMI/RFI shielding. Due to the specially designed EMI/RFI proof full-metal housing and the solid cable strain relief for secure strain relief and shielding , and the vibration resistant cage clamp terminals for the PROFIBUS single wire termination the new bus connectors are the safe solution for demanding applications in industrial automation, railway systems and in power stations.
Color-coded cage clamps terminals in the PROFIBUS wire colors red and green care for the failure-free wire termination, pre-assembled non-loosable knurled lock screws simplify the field assembly. Bus termination with PROFIBUS specified resistors is operated by a massive lever switch visible at the front side. The bus connector is specified for the maximum PROFIBUS data rate, 12 Mbit/s.
The new bus connectors with internal cable clamp are available as housing options Compact with 90° or Special with 55° cable outlet and with or without a second D-Sub connector for programming and diagnosis. Knurled UNC 4-40 screws lock the connector to the PROFIBUS interface
Fail-safe Axial 360° EMI/RFI Profibus Bus Connetor for field assembly
360° EMI/RFI PROFIBUS Axial Bus connector with 180° cable exit and internal cable clamp for field assembly with free definable cable lengths. The Axial version is specially designed for applications with stacked interfaces, where neither right angle nor angled cable exit can be used. The spring washer under the allen screw guarantees the vibration-proff locking at the Profibus interface. The allen head allow for the locking at constricted installation conditions
360° EMI/RFI Special D-Sub DIN rail modules
New 360° EMI/RFI Special D-Sub DIN rail modules. The robust modules with two 55° angled cable outlets are an extremely safe solution for e. g. diagnosis or service in rack systems of railway vehicles and industrial automation sites.
The high-quality full-metal zinc die-cast housing with special 360° EMI/RFI shielding design as well as the 360° EMI/RFI crimp flange system secure an effective all-around EMI/RFI cable shielding. A hexagonal crimp guarantees for a torsion and vibration proof cable strain relief and offers robust protection against damage under coarse environmental conditions.
PROVERTHA signs Code of Conduct for Social Responsibility
PROVERTHA has assented to the recommendations of the German Electrical and Electronics Industry association (ZVEI) and signed the Code of Conduct for Social Responsibility which has been developed by the ZVEI following the ISO 26000 „Guidance on Social Responsibility“.
